Autumn Yoga Beginners Course

The next DBY yoga beginners course will start on Tuesday the 9th of October. 

This time we’ll be based at the beatiful and cozy Spirit of Pilates Studio in Skipton.

This course is designed for those with little or no previous experience of yoga. Each class begins with a seated discussion about yoga, introducing yoga concepts, outlining what yoga is and what it is for. Physical practice is then introduced starting out with the postures that make up the sun salutation sequence. Each one hour session builds upon the last sequentially introducing new elements each week.
The beginners course runs for six weeks, by the end of which students will be prepared to participate in a regular drop in Ashtanga Yoga or Vinyasa flow yoga class.
