The next DBY Beginners course will start on the 15th of January 2018.
DBY beginners yoga courses are designed for those with little or no previous experience of yoga.
Each class begins with a seated discussion about yoga, introducing yoga concepts, what yoga is and what it is for.
The beginners course runs for six weeks, by the end of which students will be prepared to participate in a regular drop in Ashtanga Yoga or Vinyasa flow yoga class.
Each one hour session builds upon the last beginning with Sun salutations, gradually introducing new elements each week.
